ORDER
When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the demand amount has been paid and service connection is also surrendered and therefore, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
