Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order No.23476/Vee.Va.2(2)/2012-1 dated 05.11.2012 issued by the 1st respondent and the impugned order No.344/Vee.Va.2(2)/2013-1 dated 09.01.2013 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the said very same two orders as arbitrary, abuse of discretionary power, unreasonable exercise of power and illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to allot the H-5 flat in Foreshore Estate, Pattinappakkam or direct the 2nd respondent to allot the B-2 flat in Trustpuram Ganaga Colony or A-3 Float in Oliver Road, Chennai on the basis of the vacancy report advertised by the 3rd Respondent in their website or direct the both the 1st and 2nd Respondents to allot any other rental flats with the provision of 3 Bed, One Hall and with a Kitchen in any places near to High Court under the Public Quota.
