2. Heard Mr.G.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent and Ms.L.Jagasundari, learned counsel for the second respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed; the charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.135 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.
