This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.12317 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.597 of 2021 vide order dated 26.11.2021, to appear before the trial Court on the first Monday of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Mr.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12317 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.597 of 2021 vide order dated 26.11.2021, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in six months at 10.30 a.m., starting from the 1st working day of July 2024, until further orders."
