ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the respondent to register the case and conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.05.2014 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not co-operate with the enquiry.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register a case and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
