ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to make suitable amendments by giving necessary instruction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the "LOOKOUT CIRCULAR" in No.2022422871" dated 03.02.2022 issued against the petitioner in the above C.C No.62 of 2024 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur.

2. The petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.10 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 of IPC. Pursuant to the registration of an FIR, the Look Out Circular was issued as against the petitioner.

3. Now, the entire investigation has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.62 of 2024. Already, the look out circular was acted upon and keeping the look out circular pending could not serve any purpose, since if at all the petitioner wants to visit abroad, he has to get necessary permission from the trial Court.

4. In view of the above, the look out circular in No.2022422871" dated 03.02.2022 issued against the petitioner in C.C No.62 of 2024 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur is ordered to be withdrawn.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. It is made clear that if the petitioner wants to visit abroad, he has to approach the trial court for appropriate permission.
