The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of her attempts to get instructions from the petitioner, there is no response from the petitioner and hence reported no instructions.

2.In view of the same, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the above writ petition for non prosecution. This writ petition stands dismissed accordingly for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
