The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as against the fair and decreetal order dated 29.01.2015 in IA.No.91 of 2014 in O.S.No.102 of 2013 passed by the learned District Munsiff, Sholinghur.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of fair and decreetal order dated 29.01.2015 in IA.No.91 of 2014 in O.S.No.102 1/4

of 2013 passed by the learned District Munsiff, Sholinghur. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is not pressing the main suit itself and he is going to withdraw the main suit.

3. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to withdraw the suit before the trial court. If the respondent fails to withdraw the suit, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition for rejection of plaint.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
