ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents to disburse the payment of Rs.Rs.3,70,000/- in work order dated 06.06.2016.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

However, the petitioner was not paid the amount to the tune of Rs.3,70,000/- as claimed by the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to disburse the balance amount as per the work order to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
