Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st Respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, ALGSC, Namakkal, Namakkal District to complete the investigation in the above case in Crime No.14 of 2013 and file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to complete the investigation in the above case in Crime No.14 of 2013 and file a final report before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The respondent police Viz., Mr.S.Balakrishnan, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Namakkal District, has filed a status report, wherein it is stated that the investigation has been completed and when the final report was filed before the Anti Land Grabbing Special Magistrate for Land Grabbing case, the same was not taken on file, in view of the pendency of the matter before the Supreme Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate viz., The learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram and on such final report being filed, the learned Magistrate is directed to take the same on file and deal with it in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
