PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/2045/2017 dated 12.3.2018 issued by the respondent, quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and further direct the respondent to issue licence to the petitioner for the TASMAC bar attached to TASMAC shop No.8881.
