ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submits that the defacto complainant is still in hospital for the injury sustained by Gun shot.

2.It is stated in the FIR that the petitioner/A1 is in possession of country gun illicitly and used it to shoot the defacto complainant.

3.In view, of the above fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition for bail is dismissed.
