ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to release the petitioners on bail, as they were arrested on 24.09.2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections, 109 and 448 of IPC read with Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.1024 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, would state that there is no previous bad antecedent against the petitioner and if at all, this Court is considered to release the petitioner on bail, suitable conditions may be imposed.

4. Considering the said submissions made by both sides and on the facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to pass the following orders that the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail, on the following conditions :- (i) Each petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur; and

(ii) The petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 27/09/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
