(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the order proposed to be made, no previous service is directed to be effected on the respondent. However, the petitioner will immediately forward copies of the petition and this order to the respondent.
2. The petitioner says that though the petitioner has approached the respondent in February/March, 2020 for adequate assistance to be provided to the petitioner for obtaining possession of the secured assets in terms of Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the respondent has sat over the matter and has not passed any order in view of the Covid situation.
3. W.P.No.5982 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass immediate effective orders enabling the petitioning bank to take possession of its secured assets in accordance with law.
