Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the dismissal of the main C.P.No.76 /2017 itself during the pendency of this writ petition, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. However, she submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the issue raised in this Writ Petition as to whether the petitioner is liable to be impleaded as a party respondent in the proceedings before the Labour Court can be left open to be decided in the appropriate cases.

2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, however by leaving the above said issue open to be adjudicated upon in the appropriate cases. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
