This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 20.11.2024 wherein the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the second respondent dated 13.11.2024.

2. Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 20.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the respondents 3 and 4 and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
