Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd Respondent impugned order in Proc.No.6459/AO-1/2020, dated 26.02.2021 and quash the same with respect to the 3rd Respondent alone and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to promote the Petitioner as Regional Senior Manager with effect from the date the 3rd Respondent was granted promotion with seniority above the 3rd Respondent and all attendant benefits.
