ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 328 of IPC and Sections 7 & 20 (1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, in Crime No.76 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner and his brother are accused in this case for illicit transport of Hans, Mava, Gutka and banned tobacco products worth about Rs.42,000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's brother is still absconding and therefore the bail petition is opposed.

4. Taking note of the quantum of transported tobacco products and also considering that co-accused is absconding, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
