2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a common additional affidavit to the effect that the petitioner has deposited the entire 2/4

amounts claimed by the respondents/claimants and has also annexed the details of the said deposits.

3.In view of the deposits made by the petitioner, the order of attachment passed by the Execution Court in E.P.Nos.7, 4, 8, 6, 5, 9 and 3 of 2017 in L.A.O.P.Nos.1156 of 2003, 629 of 2004, 1153 of 2003, 1158 of 2003, 956 of 2004, 1150 of 2003 and 256 of 2005, respectively dated 18.02.2020 by the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is set aside. The Court below is directed to disburse the amount deposited to the claimants/decree holders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

These Civil Revision Petitions are ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 29.09.2020 ms/asi 3/4
