ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.368 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent herein to the third respondent/CBCID police.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.368 of 2023 has been completed and the same has been closed as "Further Action Dropped". The Referred Charge Sheet notice is yet to be served to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, the transfer of investigation does not arise. However, the second respondent is directed to serve the Referred Charge Sheet notice in Crime No.368 of 2023 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court in the manner known to law, if so advised.
