This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.3 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore and quash the same. 2.Since this Court is not inclined to admit this case, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
