TERMS OF SETTLEMENT It is reported by both the counsel, Mr.Prabu for petitioner and Mr.M.Benjabeen Doss, for respondent MC.NO.160 of 2016 has been settled on 05.11.2020. It is also represented that the maintenance issue also has been settled on that day. Nothing servives in the Crl.RC.No.300 of 2018 and the same is closed.

2. Endorsement to the effect is made in the bundle by both the counsel. Therefore the signing of the advocates on this award is dispensed with.

3. The full Court fee shall be refunded to the petitioner in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu CourtFees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
