ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the revision in Crl.RC.SR.No.9293 of 2025 against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur in Crl.M.P.No.477 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024.
2. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned.
3. Since this Court is inclined to take up the revision simultaneously, Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order.
