Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned notice No.nil, dated 09.10.2020 issued by the fourth respondent, M/s.Incred Financial Services Limited, Mumbai, demanding the Petitioner Educational Trust to pay overdue amount in the wake of default in the payment of instalment amount pertaining to loan account no.LNDEL21017-180018183, following the policy decision of the State of Tamilnadu not to open the educational institutions fully to contain the COVID - 19 pandemic, quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 3 to extend the moratorium period until the physical classes are started to function fully in the educational institutions owned by the Petitioner Educational Trust.
