ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30029 of 2024 dated 02.012.2024.

2. Though this Court served summons on the second respondent after receiving the summons, the second respondent has not appeared before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, after obtaining bail, the petitioner has not complied with the bail condition. She further stated that the case is at the stage of trial in S.C.No.85 of 2025, before the Mahila Court, Salem.

4. Considering the non-compliance of the bail condition and also that the petitioner has not approached this Court seeking an extension of time, which clearly shows a violation of the bail condition, this Court cancels the bail granted to the second respondent vide order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.30029 of 2024. The respondent police are hereby directed to take appropriate action.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 04.02.2026 JAI
