After making submissions for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the alleged election said to have been conducted, in which the respondents 1 and 2 have been elected. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above said liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
