No. 7927/2017) Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the letter of 2nd respondent, dated 20.02.2017 in Ka.No.Me.Po/Na Mi Pa Va/Na/Vu. Se. Po/Valar/Vu Po-I/Mu Ni Va/Koo, Vivasayam/A. No. 201/2017, dated 20.02.2017 to provide a electricity connection to the petitioner's land for agricultural purpose, based on his application register no. 097/21.07.2007.

O R D E R
The petitioner is an agriculturist. Her request for service connection meant for agricultural purpose has not been considered on the ground that there is an objection from respondents 5 to 8.
2.Respondents 7 and 8 have been served and their names have been printed. The 5th respondent has refused to receive the notice, which only means proper service. The 6th respondent is no more.
3. It is not known, on what basis the above said respondents are objecting. For the reasons known to them, except the 6th respondent is no more, others do not want to appear before this Court.
4.The petitioner is the owner of the land for which the service connection is sought for. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of, by directing respondents 2 to 4 to take appropriate action as per law on the application of the petitioner dated 21.07.2007 and do the needful within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
