3. Earlier by an order dated 17.02.2020 passed by this Court, the matter was directed to be listed on 02.03.2020. This Court is not convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. This Crl.M.P. is, thus, dismissed. List the Appeal, along with the Miscellaneous Petition, if any, for hearing, on 02.03.2020.
