ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pass necessary orders on petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026.

2. It is the case of the petitioner company that it was formed in the year 1966 to start the work of Village Industries and to provide employment to the rural artisans and it is directly aided Institution of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission and also Khadi Board, State of Tamil Nadu. The Khadi Certificate was also issued and renewed regularly. The State of Tamil Nadu disburses the financial assistance to the petitioner firm through Khadi Board under Market Development Assistance. Since there is amount pending for release from the Khadi Board, the petitioner made a representation dated 22.01.2026. Since there was no response, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed.
