Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2578 of 2019 dated 31.01.2019 in respect of the condition that the petitiner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvalam Police Station, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 P.M. until further orders be modified as that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, R-10 M.G.R.Nagar Police Station, Chennai.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for modifying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2578 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 379 of IPC in Crime No.739 of 2018, while granting bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 06.02.2019 to 21.02.2019.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2578 of 2019, dated 31.01.2019 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvalam Police Station, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall

appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders"
