Petitioner seeks to issue a direction to dispose of the S.T.C.No.839 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate III, Pondicherry as expeditiously as possible within a period of stipulated time.

2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court does not feel it necessary to issue notice to the respondent. 3.Although the case has been numbered as S.T.C.No.839 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate III, Pondicherry, it is seen that the complaint is of the year 2012. 4.Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Pondicherry, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
