This Court by its earlier order dated 19.04.2021 granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in O.A.No.173 of 2021. Thereafter, the interim order granted has been extended periodically and by order dated 25.08.2021, it was extended until further orders.

2. Till date, no counter has been filed by the respondents. There is also no representation on the side of the respondents. No useful purpose will be served, if this application is kept pending. Therefore, interim injunction granted by this Court in favour of the applicants/plaintiffs in O.A.No.173 of 2021 is made absolute.

3. Since order has been passed in O.A.No.173 of 2021 and the interest of the applicants / plaintiffs has been adequately protected, there is no necessity for this Court to pass any order in A.No.1265 of 2021 in which, the applicants/plaintiffs have sought for an appointment of receiver. Accordingly, A.No.1265 of 2021 is closed.
