ORDER

This petition has been filed to amend the name of the Satisfaction Court as "Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore" instead of "Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Tiruppur" in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.3230 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, time is extended by two weeks from today to execute the sureties.
