2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.Rajmakesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
