This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
