(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the father of the detenu, Vicky @ Vigneshwaran, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in No.413/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 20.06.2018. under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of petitioner in No.413/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 20.06.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3179, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 30.07.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
