The present application is filed to transpose the 6th respondent who was added has impleaded as a party as the wife of Purushothaman as the 6th appellant.

2. Without prejudice to the raise and contention of the respondents 1 to 4, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title after two weeks.

4. Post the matter during the third week of April 2021.

4. The appellants 2 & 4 reported dead and for taking steps by then.
