[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This appellants herein are some of the defendants in the suit for declaration and permanent injunction. Aggrieved over the judgment and decree rendered by the trial Court in favour of the first respondent/plaintiff, the present appeal has been filed. Pending appeal, the petitioners seek stay.

By order dated 28.04.2018, this Court has granted an order of status quo. Despite service of notice and the name of the respondents having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

In such view of the matter, the interim order already granted is made absolute.
