By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that her grandfather along with his son and daughters had alienated the property in Block No.22, T.S.No.24, Thillanayagam Pillai 1st Street, Sembiam Village, by

means of a registered Sale Deed dated 24.04.1986 registered as Document No.1495/1986. The petitioner would further state that subsequently she got married with one Mr.Venkateswaran and a construction was put up with three numbers of portions in the said property and all the family members are residing in their respective portion. The petitioner has been issued with a separate Ration Card and she is in enjoyment of the separate possession of the property and she has prayed for separate electricity service connection by submitting a representation dated 09.03.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2 and though the said representation has been received by the respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner has not been favoured with any response and therefore, she came forward to file this writ petition.

Mr.M.V.Muralidaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a difference of opinion between respondents 3 and 4, who are none other than the parents of the petitioner and the petitioner is restricting her prayer for disposal of the representation and prays for appropriate orders.

4. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned counsel, who accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2.

5. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without entering upon the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice to respondents 3 and 4, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 and 4.
