Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by the Learned Session Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court), At Tiruvallur in S.C.No. 288 of 2014 dated 05.12.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above said Crl.A.No.412 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNASAMY CHINNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
