W.P.No.6199 of 2011 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The learned Single Judge of this Court dismissed the writ petition by an order dated 05.07.2021 as infructuous. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo on 09.08.2021, on the ground that the writ petition has not become infructous and the same has be to heard on merits. The matter was posted under the caption for being mentioned before the learned Single Judge who dismissed the writ petition, on 06.09.2021. The learned Single Judge passed an order to the effect that the matter must be posted under the same caption after two weeks. 2.Thereafter, the matter has now been listed before this Court. There is no indication in the case bundle that the earlier order was recalled and the writ petition was restored on file. In view of the same, post this writ petition under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' before Hon'ble Justice R.Mahadevan.
