C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the common order made in E.A.Nos.180 and 202 of 2012 in E.P.No.24 of 2012 in O.S.No.17 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Sub-Court, Cuddalore. 2.It is seen from the records that a suit in O.S.No.86 of 2012 has been filed for cancellation of decree passed in O.S.No.17 of 2011 and is pending on the file of the I Additional Sub-Court, Cuddalore. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid suit in O.S.No.86 of 2012 for cancellation of decree in O.S.No.17 of 2011 has been posted on 05.04.2019 for pronouncing judgment.

4.Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision petitions for consideration at this stage. In fine, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

5.However, the Execution Court shall make a call after decision in the aforesaid suit.
