ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the Village President, and he has filed this writ petition seeking transfer of investigation without challenging the revocation of the suspension order passed by the District Collector dated 7.2.2013.

2. On the perusal of the affidavit, it appears that there was a dispute between the petitioner/President and the 3rd respondent/Village Secretary, for which on an earlier occasion, the 3rd respondent was placed under suspension from service. Subsequently based on his representation, the 1st respondent revoked the suspension and challenging the same the present writ petition has been filed.

3.In view of the fact that though the petition has been filed by the petitioner in the capacity of Village President, the tenure of which has already come to an end and this Court even while entertaining the writ petition, having not granted any interim order in favour of the petitioner, this Court does not find anything survives for further adjudication at this point of time.

4.Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
