Heard Mr. V.Elangovan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. Ashwini Devi, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed memo dated 21.02.2024 which reads as follows:- " It is submitted that the above writ petition was filed by the petitioner challenging the tender notification on the ground he was not permitted to participate in the tender and also short term tender notification was issued.

It is submitted that when the above writ petition came up 2/4

for admission on 20.02.2024, on behalf of the respondent it is represented they are ready to open the tender portal for uploading the bids of the petitioner on 21.02.2024. Accordingly the respondent registered a login ID of the petitioner in order to upload his bids. Thereafter the petitioner uploaded his bids for the above works and the prayer in the writ petition complied."

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 21.02.2024 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 19.03.2024.
