vga 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for extending the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator by another period of one year. 4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by extending the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator by a period of one year for commencing the arbitration proceedings.
