Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.P.Govindarajan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 06.02.2017, in Petition Despatche No.220/2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Tambaram, the respondent police has already conducted an enquiry and the complaint has been closed on 11.04.2017.
