ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed against the order of dismissal of her application in Transfer O.P.No.117 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Erode dated 30.09.2015. 1/4

2. The said Transfer O.P.has been filed by the petitioner herein to transfer H.M.O.P.549 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Erode to the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam to try along with H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2014. The learned Principal District Judge, Erode, dismissed the said Transfer O.P. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner had filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the learned Family Court Judge, Erode disposed of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.549 of 2014 and hence this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court has directed the Registry to call for a report from the Family Court Judge, Erode by fax. Accordingly, the Family Court Judge, Erode by the letter dated 22.02.2010 vide D.No.377 of 2020 has stated that H.M.O.P.No.549 of 2014 was disposed of on 05.12.2019.
