ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the District Magistrate and District Collector, Coimbatore, 2nd respondent herein to direct the Tahsildar, Annur, 1st respondent, to take over possession of the property situated at Annur, Coimbatore and to hand over the vacant possession as per the order passed in the section 14(1) & (2) SARFAESI Act petition dated 31.1.2017, within a reasonable time frame, as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.D.Sujatha, learned counsel on record submitted that One Time Settlement proposed, has been accepted by the Bank. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
