This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking to incorporate the present name Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 of the 5th defendant, who was originally, Facebook, Inc. 1601.

2.The learned counsel for the 5th defendant affirms this change in name.

3.In view of that particular stand taken, this application stands allowed.

4.Necessary amendment to be carried out in the short cause title and in the long cause title and also wherever the name of the 5th defendant occurs. 02.04.2024 smv
