C.M.P.No.5168 of 2021 in A.S.No.180 of 2013 P.T.ASHA.J., This application has been filed to to bring the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner, R.S.Ranganathan namely Petitioners 3 to 5 herein as Appellants 4 to 6 in the above first appeal.

2.The first respondent has entered appearance through learned counsel and he has no objection for the petition being ordered. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
